**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We’re looking to hire a passionate and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our UK HR Team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to take their HR career to the next level while working in an experienced team of professionals on a global and local scale.

**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
**Responsibilities should contain**:

- Daily operations of the HR Department such as drafting employment contracts, maintaining the HR system with employee details, being the first point of contact for employee queries and providing guidance
- Experience of processing Payroll employee information, and liaising with external payroll providers.
- You will have experience of maintaining and updating employee records through our HR system.
- Be familiar with and keep up to date with employment law changes.
- You will prepare new hire paperwork and ensure all documents required are complete, prior to the new starters first day.
- You will present and coordinate local induction to all new starters on their first day.
- Take part in Global HR transformation projects and collaborate with the global HR team.
- Liaising with external partners for promoting the extensive employee benefits.

**OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING**:

- Experience in an HR role is essential. Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a previous HR role.
- Have a self driven attitude and desire to succeed in a people focussed role
- Have a willingness to learn and take the lead.
- Use your initiative to increase the experience of all your colleagues.
- Be a team player and thrive on working with your colleagues.
- Not afraid to ask for help when you need it and happy to support the team whichever way you can.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and you’re not afraid to get stuck in when your team needs you.
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and can balance multiple demands and competing priorities.
