We are currently on the look for someone to fill our HR Assistant role. We are a fast paced growing company specialising in working with high end brands and clients. The role of a HR Assistant has opened up in our office based in Newcastle City Centre.
**About the HR Assistant role**:

- **No previous experience needed - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED**
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and assisting with the setup of employee profiles in HR systems
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Assist with employee relations matters, including responding to inquiries, providing information, and escalating issues to HR management as needed
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation
- Handle HR administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence, filing paperwork
- Helping to assist our management team with their schedules and appointments
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision at times
- Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
