We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Calls to leads
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems and finding appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Enter customer information into the system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company policies, procedures, and products
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail

Pay: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
