**Company Overview**: We are proud to offer a free and unique online exchange service. We convert leftover foreign currency and coins to cash, quickly and easily.

Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and respond to customer inquiries and

concerns in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order status

inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and

reliable information to customers.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on platforms such as

Trustpilot, resolving any negative feedback and encouraging positive reviews.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences

and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the

designated CRM system.
- Generate shipping labels for customers' orders, ensuring proper packaging and

accurate tracking information.
- Process and issue cheques to customers in accordance with company policies and

procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command

of the English language.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced

environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with

professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and a genuine passion for delivering

exceptional customer service.

Fluency in languages other than English is considered an asset but not a requirement. The

ability to communicate effectively in English is essential for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
