The Montefiore Hospital is rated “Outstanding” by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We practice some of the most advanced treatments on the latest generation imaging, and diagnostic technology. This means we can offer everything from screening and rehabilitation through to leading-edge surgical procedures and excellence in specialist fields like orthopedics, cardiology, and general surgery all delivered through our expert and caring clinical team. The hospital is well-positioned to maximize the excellent local public transport. There are buses that stop in the vicinity and is also within walking distance of both Hove and Brighton train station.

We have two Booking Administrator positions a busy and dynamic Inpatient Bookings department. We are open to conversations about what part time hours will look like but both roles are Monday to Friday.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Make and receive telephone calls
- Accurately enter and process bookings into SAP
- Process NHS bookings using ERS
- Liaise with Insurance Companies/consultants and medical secretaries
- Liaise with other departments within the hospital regarding Inpatient bookings.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Someone who is highly organised and accurate and works well to tight deadlines
- Experience working in a similar environment
- Must be a good communicator and have good computer literacy.
- Someone who works well as part of a team
