**Your Role**

Part time role based on 26 hours per week.

This role will be the secondary administrator, for the UK office, with a wide range of duties withing the Uson UK scope, which is sales, service, and light production. The role requires regular contact with customers, suppliers, internal staff, and external staff, including the various international offices. Ensuring the customer, supplier due dates are being met, and/or communicated, to the various levels of the organisation. Using Microsoft products, and the company’s CRM, ERP and other computerized tools, in maintaining the office mínimal paper policy.

The UK office is a small group of dedicated staff, and the ability to be an integral to this is essential.

This role will have strong focus on organization, process improvements, visibility, accountability and ownership. The Administrator provides operational, commercial expertise, and champions’ service excellence to create customer satisfaction. We are looking for “keen problem solvers” with a unique ability to “think on their feet” and as “self-starters who are comfortable taking the initiative” to execute day-day work and strategic projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain customer communication after SO received through to delivery, ensuring customer is informed of any changes, including technical, Delivery times etc.
- UK Stock Control and annual/regular physical inventory management and reporting.
- Provide direct support to customers requesting information on parts and delivery lead times.
- Quoting spares and service options to customers.
- Light packing duties.
- Raise purchase orders, both intercompany and external.
- Ensure that Job/Works Orders are raised in the accounting software package and processed in accordance to current policies and procedures.
- Receiving goods and equipment from Goods In, checking the goods to the delivery note, receiving the goods onto the Accounting Software Package/CRM software package and either putting into stock or passing to the appropriate personnel.
- Shipping duties, raising the courier documentation using the courier software package and/or the accounting software package. Follow up any shipping import/export issues to resolution.
- Issue materials to job/works/Sales orders.
- Support of the finance team as and when required.
- Entering timesheets/expenses and other general office duties
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- GCSE and/or NVQ level 2 minimum or working towards NVQ

- Ability to work overtime, as needed.

Essential duties of this classification are primarily performed in a dynamic office/manufacturing environment that may include frequent interruptions and a high level of contact with staff, other members of management, customers, vendors, and off-site employees/locations.
- 0-5%, Domestic and International travel as needed to customer’s sites, Supplier’s site and training/conferences.
