Smart Garden Rooms, Offices & Studios are currently recruiting for an ambitious and dynamic full-time **Administrator** to join our busy Operations team.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Managing After Market/Warranty customers in a timely manner and cost effectively
- Organising materials for site visits.
- Booking hotels.
- Producing documentation and paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Co-ordinating internal and external teams, and external suppliers.
- Supporting the Project Co-Ordinators.
- Supporting the Install Manager.
- Supporting other areas of the business where needed.

**Skills & Experience**

v Administration experience.

v Computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel and Outlook.

v Exceptional organisational abilities.

v Good telephone manner.

v Exceptional attention to detail

v Excellent communication skills

v Personable individual.

v Previous experience of a support role.

This position is offered on a full, time permanent basis with a salary range of £23,000 to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
