Our client based in Bury St Edmunds is seeking an Administrator to join their well established company within an office environment. You will be working in a busy but supportive environment and will be assisting the department supervisor with daily admin tasks, financial reports and offering potential solutions.

Due to the location of this role, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate data using in-house systems accurately and in a timely manner
- Working alongside line managers to follow company process
- Assisting with administrative and financial based daily tasks
- Collate and submit relevant payroll timesheets, and assist with updating accordingly
- Develop and maintain a working system with the department general manager

Experience/Qualifications:

- Experience in a busy admin based role is essential
- Fast typing skills and high attention to detail essential
- knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to use own initiative and effectively manage several tasks at one time.
