This will be a very rewarding job, working with a friendly and supportive team.
**ROLE**:
You will have an excellent telephone manner to be able to make contact and connect with new and existing clients, to follow up on leads that come into the business and to be confident in generating your own leads.
To be confident in arranging and delivering presentation’s by zoom, also managing your own diary and calendar.
Will be friendly and reliable and be able to work alone and also be part of a team.
**OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE**:
- Developing and maintaining working relationships with both colleagues, new clients & potential clients
- Quoting and costing clients bookings
- Following up and closing leads
- Working to deadlines and sales targets
- Ensure the smooth transitions of client’s bookings
- Liaise with other departments within the company
**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- To be organised, confident and driven with a positive attitude
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Be good at communicating with clients and colleagues
- The ability to work under pressure
- Amazing attention to detail
- Be able to drive due to location of office
**EXPERIENCE PREFERRED**:
- Previous sales experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Previous care experience would be an advantage but not essential
Full training will be given and you will be fully supportive by the team.
