**THE JOB**

**This is an entry-level position, no experience needed and we provide all the training**

Known internally as a Sales Negotiator, if you decide this Customer Service role is for you then you’ll be joining the UK’s largest group of property services, a business that is constantly looking to expand, and one that will give you the challenge and security needed in todays job market.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

This role is all about customer service. It’s about being able to understand your customers and stakeholders, having the emotional intelligence to put yourself in their shoes and give them unrivaled support through property transactions.

You’ll need to be professional, adaptable, and comfortable communicating both in written and verbal format with various stakeholders but most of all, you need to be approachable and someone people feel comfortable with, someone they can trust.

Finally, you’ll have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages and be able to work out of our Earls Colne office.
