Location: Oxford
Contract: Permanent
**Salary**: up to £32,000
Hours: Full Time - Hybrid**
Operations Coordinator Primary duties:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Administration of licences and other agreements
- Accurate data management and maintenance of finance systems
- Main Operations point of contact for a selection of Licencing and Ventures Managers/Consultancy Services Project Managers/Clinical Outcomes
- Support the Operational Delivery Teams to meet and outperform the developed program in terms of time, cost and quality
- Identifying areas of opportunity to realise efficiencies within work streams or the Operations Support Team through insight and trending of data.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication
- An interest or knowledge of working with legal documents
- Strong client facing and team working skills
- High levels of attention to detail
- Experience and knowledge of procurement, from ordering to good receipting
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery an advantage
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is essential
- A confident manner with willingness to communicate ideas
