**The Role**

As a HR Advisor at With Intelligence you will support the Senior People & Culture Partner with providing an outstanding customer focused HR service to a variety of stakeholders in a fast paced, friendly, and supportive manner. The role will focus on providing consistent, comprehensive, pragmatic HR advice and support to leaders and employees in accordance with best practice, organisational policies and employment legislation.

The HR Advisor, plays a vital role in supporting the Senior People & Culture Partner and team with the delivery of organisational and operational projects. You will be responsible for working with business leaders on ER matters where you will advocate an early intervention approach including using mediation and coaching skills to work with leaders and colleagues to avoid the need for formal processes. In addition, you will support delivery of specific People Strategy initiatives and projects and provide ongoing training and coaching to leaders.

**Duties And Responsibilities**
- To be competent and effective in the provision of a professional HR advisory service.
- To ensure that sickness absence is monitored and managed in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Manage exit interviews and associated reporting.
- To prepare correspondence for HR enquiries.
- Update and maintain HRIS records to support the HR Admin team as and when necessary.
- Proactively manage all Occupational Health cases
- To support in the implementation of the Local HR Strategy.
- Manage grievance's, informal performance cases and support the HRBP on larger more complex cases.
- Participate in the provision of HR specific training to Line Managers.
- Generate attendance management reports and highlighting areas of concern, agreeing plans to improve with line managers and supporting delivery.
- Give advice on early-stage grievance / disciplinary action including attendance at hearings as appropriate only.
- Support the launch of new policies & processes, conducting workshops where appropriate.
- Advise line managers on employee engagement initiatives to ensure best practice.
- Support the annual salary reviews, acting as the champion.
- Support structural change and mobilisations.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative.
- Previous experience using HRIS an advantage.
- Ability to analyse and summarise complex written information.
- To be able to work towards deadlines and deliver objectives.
- Previous HR experience - working with policies and procedures.
- Fully CIPD qualified or working towards this with relevant experience.
