Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator for our client based in the Durham area.
This is a Permanent position, working Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00
Salary for this position is £25,000 per year.
**The Role**:
- Working within the Engineering department, you will be able to take all customer service calls and ensure they are followed up correctly.
- Working alongside the sales team when required.
- Ensuring the CRM system is being kept up-to-date and any issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Experienced in working as an Office Administrator withing an Engineering environment.
- Confident in holding telephone conversations.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding Customer Service skills & experience.
- Able to have an empathetic and understanding approach when dealing with customers.
