Procurement Administrator

To ensure that the Raw Materials, Packaging and services required to maintain production operations are purchased from specified suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure products/packaging/services are procured in line with the MRP requirements
- Interaction with the production planning team to balance priorities and resolve issues across the short and long term.
- Maintain data on products to allow review of procurement methods through cross functional team work.
- Use the internal system to manage the raw materials required
- Dealing with freight companies to manage the delivery process

**Qualifications**
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and appreciation for high quality work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Industry recognized qualification(s), Diploma in the Institute of Operations Management or similar would be an advantage
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Must be a team worker
- Ability to identify and prioritise issues, detail conscious
- Good skills in Microsoft Office
