We are currently recruiting for a Customer service/Transport Administration Assistant to join our team located at our Heywood depot.

This role would involve assisting each department within Customer Service and Transport Administration when necessary. You will support the day-to-day transportation operations, including shipment planning, load consolidation, and the import/export process. Provide customer support for Lineage Transportation Team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing Transport orders ready for invoicing and then invoicing once complete.
- Raising Supplementary invoices
- Investigating and raising credits
- Raising transport orders onto our system
- Processing orders on edi
- Scanning Sub contract pods onto our system.
- Answering driver calls if they have an issue at a delivery point and recording it on the system to start investigation work.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
