Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and schedule transport routes for deliveries
- Coordinate with drivers and suppliers to ensure timely collections and deliveries
- Monitor transport costs
- Utilise computer software, to track shipments and maintain records
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding transport schedules
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all transport operations
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to drive and a valid driving licence
- Knowledge of logistics
- IT literacy to utilise transport planning software effectively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
