Sales Administrator

Reliable Recruit are looking to hire a Sales Administrator to work out of our clients site in Heywood on a temp to perm role
**The work will involve**:
- Dealing with incoming customer queries and calls
- Processing orders and upselling additional products
- Developing long relationships with customers
- Escalating any issues to management
- Developing knowledge of the company's products
- Making calls to long standing clients with information on new products
- Working with the buying team to inform on and changes or improvements
**Working times and pay**:
- 07:00-16:00, 08:00-17:00 or 08:30-17:30
- Monday to Friday
- 42.5 hours per week paid
- 30 Min lunch break and additional shorter breaks
- £11.00-12.00 p/h dependant on experience
- 12 week temp to perm role
**Skills & Experience Needed**:
- Previous experience in a sales administration role
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge of Flooring or Construction an advantage
- Sales experience preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
