Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative duties within our sales team.
**Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Processing customer orders through our online portal
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an office administration or similar role
The hours can be flexible to a degree - to be discussed at interview
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
