**Contract Administrator - Office-Based - Heywood - £23,000 - £25,000 DOE**
**Are you an organised administrator with experience in the bathroom industry/ customer journey knowledge?**
You will be the administrative force that supports the Contracts Support Manager in her day-to-day tasks. Organisation and communication are key This is a newly created department in the business and they intend to expand further over the next couple ofyears.
**Contract Administrator Duties**
- Manage the quotations and estimating inbox
- Communicating with customers and processing orders once they approve the quotation
- Answering any queries
- Communicating with other departments to give the customer an accurate time frame
- Maintain all customer information on the system
- Excel data entry
- Be the first point of contact for potential customers.
**Skills needed**
- Excel experience (formulas would be an advantage but not essential)
- Bathroom industry knowledge or similar
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organised
- Strong communication
