Job Summary

We are seeking an Estate Administration Officer to join our team at Heywood Distribution Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational activities on site, ensuring compliance with health and safety, environmental, and company procedures.

About the Role

The Estate Administration Officer will work closely with the Estate Manager to maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in facilities management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the CAFM system to record notes, compliance documentation, and produce reports
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure compliance and communicate requirements under contract/lease
  • Collate documents from contractors and tenants prior to issuing permissions to work on site

Requirements

  • Experienced with CAFM systems including reporting
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work on site 5 days per week

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants to develop their skills in facilities management.
