Job Description

As a Facilities Coordinator at Gleeson Recruitment Group, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations at Heywood Distribution Park. Your primary focus will be on compliance and administration, working closely with the Estate Manager and other teams to achieve our goals.

You will maintain accurate records, communicate with suppliers, and assist with property inspections. Your analytical skills will be essential in providing valuable insights for business case proposals and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation, utilizing CAFM systems for reporting purposes.
  • Communication and Liaison: Communicate with suppliers regarding contract or lease requirements, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Support to Estate Manager: Provide support to the Estate Manager during property inspections, recording actions and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • CAFM system experience.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £30,000
