Billings and Onboarding Administrator

We are currently working with a huge client based in Heywood who specialize in Freight and Logistics. They have an exciting opportunity for a Billings and Onboarding Administrator to join their team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am-7pm - 35 hours per week.

**Key Duties**:
**In this role you will be responsible for the following duties**:
- Setting up accounts for new clients
- Providing multiple clients with support using their accounts via Teams
- Receiving, uploading, reconciling and posting invoices
- Support with setting up new desk for new staff members
- Providing support to all other departments
- All other administrative duties
**Profile**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Experience within a similar role is beneficial
