People Administrator

Your Purpose:
Support our managers, employees and the HR Team by providing a high quality, efficient HR administration service and in doing this, help to create a great employee experience at PossAbilities.

Your Line Manager

Your line manager will be the People Experience Business Partner.

Your Role
- Support the work of the business by fulfilling HR administrative tasks.
- Answer the telephone, solving queries where possible and triaging calls effectively to the correct team members where necessary.
- Support with recruitment and onboarding activities and complete recruitment sign off forms, ensuring that all requirements are met.

- Conduct and maintain right to work checks
- Attend meetings as requested, take accurate minutes and prepare papers as necessary.
- Provide an effective and efficient administrative support services and maintain accurate records and data on our HR and payroll systems.
- Complete accurate reference request responses for current and former employees
- Make suggestions for the improvement of services and help to implement these
- Be familiar with and work within our policies and procedures.
- Support employees and managers to use our HR system.

- Have a good understanding of safeguarding to be able to keep individuals safe from harm, neglect and abuse
- Keep, use and share information responsibly in line with the General Data Protection Regulations and PossAbilities policies
- Put forward any ideas to improve the services we provide and the way we work.
- Report any concerns through the right channels
- Use PossAbilities property and equipment appropriately, safely and with due consideration for its security.
- Always act in the best interests of PossAbilities
- Undertake any other duties and tasks as may be reasonably required
