**Facilities Contract Support Administrator - Facilities Management - Leeds City Centre**
Your new employer is a market leading Facilities Management service provider who have a high-profile portfolio of commercial properties across the world. Offering a large scope of progression and personal progression, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contract Support to further develop their career.
**Your New Role**:
- Liaising with clients and sub-contractors to schedule appointments and arrange access
- Responding to client call out requests within SLA’s
- Liaising with the supervisor to organising the engineer’s diaries
- Updating sub-contractor contract forms
- Processing quotes and invoices for clients and sending for approval
- Following up outstanding quotes
- Producing weekly WIP reports
- Scanning all relevant documentation and uploading
- Setting up new PPM Contracts/Manuals
- Processing correspondence and certificates for clients
- Raising purchase orders for materials/services required
**What You’ll Get in Return**:

- Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 17:00
- Hybrid Working | x2 Days Remote | x3 Days In Office
