**Prospects**:
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Scanning Paperwork.
- Manage an accurate filing system.
- Creating Contract Folders as and when required.
- Data Entry of timesheets onto the in-house system in a timely manner.
- General Administration Duties requested via Manager or Team Leader.
- Updating Client Systems and uploading documents.
- Assisting with Invoicing as and when required.
- Assisting Contract managers and Supervisors with quotations.
- (committed cost)
- Raising purchase orders for engineers' uniforms and maintaining uniform tracker
- Using in house system to keep engineers / subcontractor's information updated

**Essential personal attributes**:

**Desired skills, experience & qualifications**:

- GCSE grades A-C or equivalent (in Maths, English and Science)
- Previous admin experience / worked in an office environment (preferred but not essential)
- Good computer and I.T competencies, in particular the proficient use of Microsoft Packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage a number of tasks concurrently
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders to resolve problems
