In this capacity, the Apprentice will collaborate with the team coordinator to assist with:
- Stakeholder engagement throughout the UK, which includes organizing meetings, disseminating important announcements, and maintaining updated stakeholder lists.
- Collecting and managing critical management information, including the team's project portfolio.
- Collaborating with APPI management on team management tasks, such as budget formulation and oversight, business continuity planning, and managing the team’s SharePoint and intranet.
- Meeting coordination, which involves scheduling, room bookings, agenda preparation, and taking minutes as necessary.
Apprentices will cultivate robust information management, organizational, and communication abilities. This role uniquely offers broader organizational insights due to the support provided by APPI across the CMA.
