Job Details

Job Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprentice Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and students.

Visa Sponsorship: Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visas for this position.

Working Pattern: The successful candidate will be required to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. The exact hours will be discussed with the Headteacher.

Contract Type: This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months.

Hourly Rate: The hourly rate for this position is £7.69 - £10.42.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff and students
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Assist with the coordination of events and meetings
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
