Role Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all required sponsored worker eligibility checks are completed and records are kept up to date and in line with UKVI rules
- Create, update and maintain worker files with the necessary required sponsorship and RTW documents
- Schedule, undertake and monitor new starter pre-employment checks, including both manual and online RTW checks
- Conduct Visa compliance inductions for new international workers
- Accurately input details of nationality, passport details, RTW permissions and Visa expiry dates on our internal HR system
- Support with regular monthly audits in relation to immigration status, RTW and sponsorship, ensuring full compliance with UKVI regulations
- Review worker’s eligibility and issue Certificates of Sponsorship for sponsored Visa extensions
- Undertake follow up RTW checks where required

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role, possessing working knowledge of UKVI processes
- Previous experience with the sponsorship process - preferably from a dental or healthcare/medical background
- Basic understanding of RTW documentation and checking processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to remain organised and prioritise your workload
