We have a great opportunity to join the Operations Team as a Catalogue Co-ordinator based in London, building and maintaining the Pop Culture and TECH side of the business on one of the key foundations of our business, the CIS Catalogue.

Working as a team of four, you will be a key contributor to building and maintaining the Catalogue adding over 50,000 items & amending half a million pieces of data a year. The strategic process of managing the product catalogue (including sku creation, supplier & pricing management) ensures the quality of product data to all internal departments, suppliers, stores, ecommerce & customers.

**key aspects of the role will include**:

- Create new release skus on the Catalogue Information System (CIS)
- Update the CIS database with supplier future & new releases, currently available titles, prices & release dates
- Manage information/data sources from suppliers and the Commercial Team in applicable manner & liaise with them both to increase efficiencies
- Communicate to stores through Daily News
- Answer store, supplier, head office & customer service queries
- Support data integrity function & cover for absences
- Maintain data integrity on CIS
- Create titles for TRACK/Central Orders/Website by required business timescales
- Ensuring pricing amendments and Group Codes are actioned within strict deadlines
- Update CIS with amended supplier & internal information
- Planning workload to deliver key weekly/daily deadlines
- Good communication - telephone and face to face
- Accuracy and attention to detail, methodical and focussed on own tasks
- Good analytical skills
- Good knowledge of product and product ranges
- Operational experience of TRACK is desirable
- Working knowledge of Access, Word and Excel
- Good organisational and prioritising skills
- The personal skills to work closely with Commercial and Operations teams
- Flexibility to incorporate ad hoc requests into the daily/weekly workload
- Must possess a positive ‘can do’ attitude and approach to work, and problem solving.
