**Summary**
As a Production Coordinator for the Food Business at M&S, you will work closely with teams across Food Operations and Food Marketing to play an important role in scheduling, co-ordination and project management of product copy and imagery for M&S Food ranges. The role is admin heavy and will require excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills. Having strong interpersonal skills as well as a strong passion for digital marketing will help you work across various departments and our external partners to navigate complex environments and deal with ambiguity.

You will also work alongside a team of Production Co-ordinator's in a demanding and fast paced commercial environment. With an intuitive grasp of product content, imagery as well as agency delivery processes, you will be passionate about driving efficiency and effectiveness to support the ongoing success of our Product Catalogue.

What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Work closely with agency partners to ensure the appropriate creation of line lists and prioritisation based on product categories e.g. (Chilled, Fresh, Ambient etc)
- Sourcing products from our stores, or samples from suppliers, to be photographed
- Organising product shoots with the agency partner, managing timelines, resolving any issues with uploading and description of imagery as well as reporting of progress
- Handling sign offs and approvals of images as well as the quality assurance processes in our Product Information Management (PIM) system
- Collaborate with the Instore Operations team to understand the Plan in Store processes and weekly reports (Space Range and Display) produced
- Support the launch and ongoing performance of Product and Packaging Pathway processes working closely with our external partners to produce and delivery high quality product copy and imagery to expected deadlines
- Work with other members of the team to build a thriving work environment where knowledge and ideas are shared.
