Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Recovery College and Co-Production Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative education and co-production programs that support individuals in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver the Recovery College Model to support individuals in their recovery journey, using learning, skills development, and co-production to provide innovative education opportunities.
  • Empower individuals to achieve their personal learning goals and build confidence and skills through education and co-production.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to design and deliver co-production programs that meet the needs of our service users.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and carers to ensure that their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with external organizations to access resources and expertise that support our co-production programs.
  • Contribute to the development of our organization's co-production strategy and ensure that it is aligned with our overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Passion for co-production and its role in mental health recovery.
  • Experience of working in a mental health setting and delivering co-production programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of risk management and professional boundaries.
