Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Recovery College and Co-Production Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative education and co-production initiatives that support the recovery and well-being of our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver the Recovery College Model to support individuals in their recovery journey, using learning, skills development, and co-production to provide innovative education opportunities.
- Empower individuals to achieve their personal learning goals and build confidence and skills through education and co-production.
- Work collaboratively with Senior Management, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Psychiatry, Nurses, mental health support workers, and ward admin staff to deliver co-production initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and carers to ensure that their needs and preferences are at the heart of our co-production initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of co-production initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Passion for co-production and its role in mental health recovery.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of risk management and professional boundaries.
