We are recruiting for our rapidly expanding business and are immediately seeking an experienced Service Co-ordinator to support our customers throughout the Midlands with delivery of Catering, Refrigeration Equipment Repair/Maintenance services
Working out of our new Bromsgrove office reporting to the company owner(s) This role will be to assist in providing a service to our customers that is second to none. Providing both a speedy and effective response to all tasks, assisting our field-based engineers in continuing our good service and expanding the business. We are looking for an individual who is dynamic, flexible, committed and motivated to work in a busy and friendly small office environment.
Previous Service Desk experience would be preferred
Must have at least 2 years recent experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Assign and programme monthly Planned Maintenance calls to ensure target dates are met
- Programme and control engineer daily workload, liaising with engineers
- Updating clients on the progress of their outstanding works, e.g. delivery dates for parts etc and updating the system notes
- Prepare and manage quotations for remedial works identified on customer sites
- Source and order materials required to complete work
- Chase work in progress daily
- Deploy job details to engineers daily using service software system to their tablets
- Processing engineers reports and forwarding on to clients
- Chasing of unactioned quotes to generate additional business
- Reconciling purchase invoices to parts purchase order numbers
- General day to day admin
