**As our Meetings & Groups Co-Ordinator you will**

Be reporting to the Sales & Events Manager and will be the first point of contact for our guests. It is of utmost importance that the sales department always has a present, friendly, and professional manner. As Meetings & Groups coordinator, you will act as the main point of contact for any meetings and group bookings, dealing with queries and cross selling of our other properties.
- Manage group booking and meeting enquires for the business, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
- Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information, upselling where possible
- Ensure expectations are set correctly, in advance of the guest’s stay. Managing all 3rd party booking systems
- Manage all group rooming lists and billing details
- Accurate profit and revenue capture, through correct pricing, posting and invoicing

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role with a Reservations System, Guestline PMS would be an advantage.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Ability to cope well under pressure
- Self-motivated and good organisational and planning skill
- Be Highly motivated, and a team player

**Salary**: £23,500.00 per year
