Oxford Policy Management (OPM) is seeking a **SharePoint Administrator** to manage and support the strategically important SharePoint infrastructure. You will be an experienced senior IT professional reporting to the Global Head of Technology and working with key stakeholders, ensuring a stable, working and best practice SharePoint platform. You will use your knowledge and experience to develop the technology to make it as efficient, robust and stable as possible. Knowledge and experience of a Microsoft 365 SharePoint environment and MS Office 365 is critical to this role. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 would be a distinct benefit.

This is an important role, offering challenging elements and an opportunity to influence and deliver major technology components. You will use your excellent prior experience and expertise to recommend strategy and approach and take the lead on implementing change, and delivery of the Global Hub project. Your role will be responsible for the SharePoint environment, providing support and development to content providers.

As an experienced technology professional, it is expected that you will assess the company-wide (global) SharePoint platform at both a corporate and project level, and be able to recommend the appropriate approach for developing areas where you identify a need for change. You will also provide second and third line support for all SharePoint calls and issues. There will also be the chance to be involved in project and international teams, recommending appropriate technical solutions to enable corporate performance.

**You will also be required to display the following essential professional skills, knowledge and experiences in order to be considered**:
Professional Knowledge
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in SharePoint administration and support in a medium sized global complex enterprise environment
- A good understanding of JScript, HTML, CSS, SharePoint Designer, Workflows (ideally Nintex or K2), Office 365 Apps (MSFlow, MSForms) with a minimum of 1 years’ experience across these
- An ITIL qualification, with a minimum of Foundation level
- Good understanding of project lifecycle management ideally with Prince2 or Agile qualifications and ideally using Microsoft project management software

**Experience**

You will have solid experience of:

- Microsoft Office technologies at intermediate to advanced level with focus on SharePoint 2013 online and Office 365
- Management or administration of business processes with an ability to use process automation software to integrate processes within SharePoint and company business systems.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communications skills both written and oral.
- Working on complex technology projects.
- Effectively preparing and presenting reports and presentations.
