We are looking for a dedicated E-Rostering Administrative Support professional to play a crucial role in ensuring effective workforce management within our department.
**Collaborate and Coordinate**: Work closely with e-rostering officers, the E-Rostering Team Lead, and management to create, maintain, and update rosters in line with local policies.
**Provide Comprehensive Administrative Services**: Coordinate administrative processes and deliver high levels of customer service to roster creators and managers.
**Ensure Data Accuracy**: Liaise with staff, managers, and various workforce teams to resolve e-rostering issues and ensure data accuracy in both the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and e-Rostering systems.
**Roster Management**: Collaborate with the team to ensure rosters are created, maintained, and updated efficiently, adhering to local policies and standards.
**Administrative Coordination**: Provide comprehensive administrative services, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of all processes related to e-rostering.
**Customer Service Excellence**: Deliver exceptional customer service to roster creators and managers, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
**Issue Resolution**: Work closely with staff, managers, and workforce teams to identify and resolve e-rostering issues, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data.
The post holder will provide a helpdesk function for first-line support to service users at all levels via our online portal or telephone.
The post holder will support the implementation of system developments to meet the specific recording and reporting requirements of the Trust.
The post holder, under direction, will assist in providing a service to support the maintenance of the e-Rostering system by being responsible for the accurate entry of employee data into computer systems and validating input where necessary
The post holder will need to prioritise and work both independently as well as part of a team guiding by the e-rostering team lead.

To provide full administrative support to the e-rostering team and its users.
To be responsible for providing general administrative tasks to deliver an effective e-rostering service to the organisation by supporting Nursing, Allied Health Professionals, Administrative, Estates & Facilities, etc.
To maintain the accuracy of data within the e-Rostering system through regular data uploads from internal systems; this includes supporting from ESR to the e-Rostering system.
The post holder will be supporting the production of workforce reports for a variety of different purposes which in essence support the Trusts strategic goals.
To support and supply information to departments in queries that relate to rostering information help within the system.
Responsible for the e-rostering support desk and maintain and accurate record of all calls raised via the Trusts helpdesk portal.
