In this position you are part of the Norse People Team reporting to People Operations Manager - UK
Your workplace will be our office at London Gatwick.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensuring all office equipment is working and reporting any equipment that does not work to the appropriate department.
- Point of contact with Freedom Works.
- Working with the key stakeholders to manage and organise office events, including the senior management week.
- Working with the Accountable Manager on any office related tasks.
- Responsible for office policies in coordination with the People Department.
- Ensuring the office has appropriately trained people such as First Aiders, Fire Officers etc, in coordination with the People Department.
- Manage bookings of meeting rooms.
- Oversee office holidays.
- Manage Office Health and Safety including equipment risk assessments (desk set-up)
- Office on-boarding including enrolment and equipment. (laptops/phones etc)
- Responsible for office on-boarding and off-boarding in addition facilitating all benefits.
- Responsible for office lay-out and general facilities.
- Ensure overall office compliance including company Liability insurance and with any other SLA's.

**Skills and Experience**
- CIPD and or office management would be desirable
- First Aid and fire trained desirable
- Committed to Norse Atlantic vision and core values
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be willing to take instruction from others and work as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadline
- Great attention to detail
- Strong IT skills including Excel
