We have an exciting opportunity for a Referral Coordinator to join the team at HMP Wormwood Scrubs, a category B prison located in West London.
- This is a fantastic new opportunity to join the healthcare team on site, ensuring that patients receive the best quality care, and the healthcare team are fully supported. Joining a team of 7/8, this role is crucial to support patients as well as onsite clinical staff.

**Hours**:
This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.

**Salary**:
This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £29,000**_ _**per annum - depending on experience.

**What you'll be doing**:
As our new Referral Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating in house referrals for new inmates (we get up to 100 per week) - this involves various teams, such as mental health, GPs, substance misuse, physio, opticians etc
- Provide a high quality admin service to the wider healthcare team as required
- Ensure that systems are kept up to date to ensure accurate reporting

**Our new Referral Coordinator will ideally have**:

- Experience within an administrative role / setting - any experience in a prison or healthcare environment would be an advantage
- Good IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc)
- Confident in using data, maintaining databases and producing reports
