**Responsibilities**:

- Provide an initial face-to-face assessment of where a client is at in their journey.
- Provide information regarding referrals; schedule and conduct meetings with appropriate referral sources.
- Maintaining existing and developing new strategic relationships
- Process all new referrals from third parties based on the Protocol.
- Conduct the assessments (in person or via Teams based on the client preference)
- Create Assessment Reports and coordinate the move, funding etc.
- Oversee residents’ journey at SLS from referral to next stage (e.g. step down)
- Promoting brand awareness & visibility across all marketing channels
- Ensuring all marketing activity and content is on brand and aligns with strategic objectives.
- Contract negotiation and partnerships
- Monitoring deliverables and working to maximise the value of relationships.
- Cost/benefit analysis of all promotional activity and opportunities

**You will require**:

- Knowledge of Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions
- Experience conducting needs assessments.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent people skills
- Driving Licence with access to a car (desirable, but not essential)

**Experience**:

- Referrals: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Mental Health and LD: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,150.57-£26,197.45 per year
