We're looking for a Referrals Coordinator to join our growing Operations team. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team on a mission to increase access to effective psychological support.

You'll be instrumental in helping people on their journey to better mental wellness by matching them to the right therapist for them.

If you're highly organised, empathic, love to problem-solve and have loads of enthusiasm - we'd love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Logging progress through our onboarding flow accurately in the task tracker
- Escalating enquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Booking and managing client appointments
- Liaising with therapists on availability and keeping our system up to date
- Handling phone calls from clients and therapists
- Liaising with other medical professionals, e.g., psychiatrists, medical secretaries
- Creating and building systems and processes to ensure an exceptional customer experience from the first point of contact
- Working closely with our therapist community

Skills and experience:
Organised - you respond quickly and keep track of everything
- Quick and efficient with admin work
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Able to multitask and prioritise
- Proven experience in an administrative role, which includes diary management and filing
- A sound knowledge of using and maintaining CRM systems
- Bonus points if you have worked in a medical/mental health setting
