Your primary responsibilities will include processing patient referrals, booking appointments, and providing excellent customer care to patients. You will work closely with the nursing team, pharmacy, consultants, and secretaries to ensure a seamless referral experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the referral process for patients requiring Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy, Hematology, and Molecular Radiotherapy.
  2. Verify patient information and update records accordingly.
  3. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient data with discretion.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and effective service delivery.

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £33,500 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package including a contributory pension scheme, private medical healthcare, and 33 days annual leave.

Requirements:
  1. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
