**£21,750 per annum (Pro Rata) (Rising to £23,925 in April pay increase)**

About the role:

- MHA are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Sheffield as MHA Community Coordinators. This position requires you to work closely within the community delivering lunch clubs, outings, coffee mornings and activities. All activities willseek to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness and promote the wellbeing of older people across a range of Retirement Living and Community settings. In addition, you will be required to develop new activities which may include coordinating with otherorganisations such as local colleges to offer IT classes or arranging for a local professional to deliver a series of exercise groups. You will be building networks and engaging with other organisations as well as developing activities within our registeredservices at Southcroft and Fairthorn.

About you:

- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Full driving licence?with access to a car ? ?
- Computer literate in MS packages and familiar with CRM
- Understanding issues related to older people
- Ability to work consultatively with stake holders to promote active participation.
