**As our Sales office co-ordinator you will**
- Work in a busy hotel sales office dealing with high levels of inputting, administration, and telephone bookings both for our bedroom reservations and meetings and events department.
- To assist in show rounds, client events and final detail appointments.
- To Co-ordinate the follow up procedure and record information on customer profiles, as per company standard.
- To ensure that all sales enquiries are dealt with in a pro-active and professional manner and converted to bookings to the agreed standard.

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,
- Minimum one years’ experience in a similar role in the hotel Industry
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player
- Self-motivated and good organisational skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £22,253.00 per year
