To support the centralised technical function supported through Concerto reporting to the Field Operations Manager. This is a pivotal role to effectively monitor & manage compliance risk profiles and statutory compliance documentation across multiple contracts with both internal delivery teams and specialist subcontractors.

And as a Compliance Co-Ordinator with Bellrock, you’ll do it by
- Ensuring full compliance with contractual, legal, safety and statutory obligations
- Escalate any non-compliance or breaches of statutory obligations.
- Ensure service is delivered in line with the business processes and contractual requirements.
- Communicate effectively with technical operations team.
- Support the development and provide compliance status reports
- Review trend analysis for improvement opportunities.
- Ensure closure of PPM tasks meet all contractual and quality KPI’s, meets client expectations.
- To manage local relationships with regular review of contract compliance performance and active management of issues.
- Carry out other duties consistent with the post-holder’s knowledge and skills which are necessary for the satisfactory completion of contracts or business goals.
- Participate on the out of hours call out rota when it is your turn to do so defined by the current rota schedule.
- Comply with all company policy and procedures, legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Shows commitment to and upholds Bellrock ethics and values
- Has clear understanding of technical statutory compliance
- Demonstrates ability to develop & implement processes
- Supports and contributes to continuous improvement across the contracts
**What does it take?**

- Reliable - good time keeping and dependable

- Teamwork - able to work independently and as part of a team, helping other team members if needed.
- Attention to detail - job requires being accurate in interpreting and communicating commercial details. Accurate data input requirements on internal and external work management systems.
- Basic level of commercial and financial acumen.
- Good Time Management skills - able to priorities work effectively and meet deadline and meet targets.
- Previous compliance/planning experience within the FM//Building Services sector.
- Previous experience with Concerto or other CAFM packages.
- Previous experience of SFG20 or other recognised maintenance standards.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office package products.
- Organised.
- Builds good working relationship with internal teams and external service providers.
- Ability to work within the team and on individual basis with minimum supervision.
- Prioritises own workload.
- Experienced in using CAFM systems.
- Understanding of Statutory Requirements.
- Sound technical knowledge.
- IT and Data analysis skills.
- Ability to understand, implement and challenge.
