We have an exciting opportunity to work as an Apprenticeship Compliance Coordinator. In this role you will be involved in all aspects of quality and compliance administrative support across the apprenticeships in the Health Sciences School. This will include ensuring applicants meet the admissions criteria at recruitment and will lead on aspects of the employer recruitment and university admissions processes. The primary purpose of this role is to demonstrate an expert knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations of the Education and Skills Funding Agency, Ofsted and relevant University policies and procedures in relation to the apprenticeship provision.

You will have substantial previous administrative experience, ideally working within an educational environment. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to act with discretion and diplomacy to deal with confidential queries/material.

Excellent team working skills are also required and an ability to work collaboratively with administrative and academic staff to provide an excellent level of service to learners. Strong IT skills are essential, as well as the ability to analyse and solve problems with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
