We want that special someone who has worked within the quality, compliance and risk management environment and is now ready to lead the way in a new role with us. Your experience will be valued here, and we have a dedicated Business Performance Team who will work with you and support you. We also have great data analysis so you can be confident that the data and systems are correct.

**A day in the life of a Quality Compliance Officer at Direct365 will involve**:

- Creating and managing key checks and reports across Direct365 and our suppliers’ business operations
- Keeping up to date with key policies including changes, and ensuring our suppliers are also up to date and compliant
- Developing company policies, and documenting / improving key processes
- Ensuring contract compliance, including conducting compliance audits both internally and externally
- Supporting supplier onboarding and maintaining our supplier compliance management systems
- Completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Supplier Forms for customers
- Driving compliance and quality improvements, and contributing to New Product Development
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
- A keen attention to detail and quality with an analytical approach
- Strong regulatory compliance and risk management experience (at least 18 months in a similar role)
- Experience of working within the Waste industry would be advantageous
- ICA qualification or similar would also be desirable
- Good IT skills including Microsoft packages including Excel
- A dedicated proactive approach and drive to achieve objectives
- A positive mindset with the ability to work well within a team
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills A clean valid driving licence
