We have a challenging and exciting role for a customer focused individual to join the West Lancashire Borough Council's Repairs and Servicing Team.

You will assist the Compliance Delivery Manager (Housing) to deliver a compliant repairs and voids service.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the requirements of all relevant legislation, regulation and required guidance is adhered to and that best practice is implemented for electrical and lifts in respect of residential homes owned by West Lancashire Borough Council.

Working as part of the Repairs & Servicing Team you will provide invaluable support to the Compliance Delivery Manager (Housing) to ensure that our statutory obligations are met.

The post holder will support the development of a positive organisational culture that is outward looking, evidence based, and customer focused. You will adhere to the Council’s expected Behavioural Standards ensuring that a high standard of customer care is maintained.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo security checks as part of the Baseline Personnel Security Standard for accessing Government records. This will include a Basic DBS check.
