**Shift Pattern/ Working Hours**:Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00

**The Role**:
Carry out and provide a variety of high-quality administrative tasks, including analysing data and updating spreadsheets and weekly dashboards. You will be a pivotal member of the Compliance team ensuring all reports are completed and distributed correctly, on time and in line with the needs of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual audits and inspections
- Conduct vehicle audits in accordance with Kammac policies and processes and provide detailed summary reports and compliance dashboards to the wider Compliance team and Board
- Maintain appropriate compliance systems and organising and maintaining digital files including
- Tachomaster
- Eco Online
- LMS
- Analyse data, updating various compliance spreadsheets
- Maintain the QMS system - scanning files to respective locations
- Working in support of the wider transport operations teams, process all fleet related legal compliance administration tasks in a thorough and methodical manner including the completion of any reporting activity
- Validate site investigation of missing mileage ensuring that timely investigation and system updating is carried out
- Maintain an accurate fleet register, updating in line with vehicle movement advices
- Administration duties including vehicle file maintenance
- Completing weekly monthly reports, spreadsheets
- System housekeeping and compliance administration; maintain fleet and users
- Activities include:

- Trailer Tracker, Trailer Servicing
- Vehicle Defects
- Vehicle Faults and events
- Vehicle and driver allocation
- Vehicle tracker faults reports
- Load Check Audits
- DVU
- Vehicle on the road
- Vehicle servicing and MOT’s
- Update Tachomaster with Vehicle inspections and MOT’s
- Vehicle folders - Weekly
- Vehicle Missing Mileage
- Vehicle Downloads
- De hire on hire
- Insurance Claims
- Agency Recharges
- Trailer on Hire reports
- Mersey flow online admin
- Operator’s License online admin
- Fines and penalties
- VOR and live vehicle list
- Compliance Dashboard

**Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:

- Previous, demonstrable experience within a Compliance role or similar
- Strong working knowledge of O Licence requirements and compliance
- Strong working knowledge of Tachomaster
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CPC (national) qualification (desirable)
- Excellent organisational qualities with the ability to manage a busy and changing workload and sound attention to detail
- IT literacy in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a key focus on intermediate skillset for Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence to communicate effectively both verbally and written all levels within the business
- Excellent accuracy when recording data
- Ability to make decisions under pressure, and to a tight timescale
- Have excellent problem solving, analytical and organisational skills
