We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and solution-focused team player, who will be an integral part of the Quality team. You will work collaboratively with our managers and lecturers. The role will involve aspects of planning, coordinating, auditing and implementing quality systems to support the management of college wide quality assurance systems and processes in order to achieve and maintain standards and drive improvements across the college.

West Lancashire College is a general further education College based in Skelmersdale. We’re one of the largest employers in the West Lancashire area, employing almost 200 teaching and business support staff.

We offer academic, technical and professional qualifications at a range of levels as well as Apprenticeships. Each year we work with over 2,500 further education and work-based learners, both young people and adults, of all backgrounds and abilities.

The College works closely with local, regional and national employers to ensure that our qualifications are shaped to provide learners with the appropriate knowledge, skills and qualifications needed to gain employment or entry to university.
