Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring thorough testing of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and end-users, to validate that the solution meets requirements.
  • Lead a team of QA engineers, assigning testing tasks, mentoring, and monitoring progress.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives, adopting best practices and providing feedback to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce projects.
  • Proven track record of leading QA teams and delivering high-quality software.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce testing, including custom objects, Lightning components, and integrations.
  • Proficiency with test automation tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs for integration testing.

Salary and Benefits

A competitive day rate of circa £500 is available, along with the opportunity to work in our UK office in Skelmersdale, WN8 9TG.
